If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Bryden Road, you can return it to us within 90 days - no questions asked - and we will either refund the cost of the item less Shipping, Processing & Handling fees OR replace it. For any product that you purchase from Bryden Road, we will repair or replace any defective product for a full year from the date of purchase.

Personalized Items

Any items that are monogrammed, customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Please wrap your item carefully; package and ship it so that damage does not occur. Follow the return process instructions on the pack slip or see our Returns & Exchanges instructions.
