Bryden Road and our parent company, The Bryden Group LLC (collectively, the "Company") welcome you to brydenroad.com (the “Site”). Please review the following rules governing your use of the Site; your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these rules. We may from time to time change the rules that govern your use of the Site. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, the Site from time to time.

Bryden Road® is a registered Trade Mark of The Bryden Group, LLC. All other trademarks, product names, and company names and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that the use of brydenroad.com is at your sole risk. You must be 18 years of age or older to register as a user. Neither the Company, nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers ("Providers"), merchants ("Merchants"), sponsors ("Sponsors"), licensors ("Licensors"), or the like (collectively, "Associates"), warrant that brydenroad.com will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of brydenroad.com, or to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through brydenroad.com; except that the Company does guarantee through its Customer Guarantee that if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from brydenroad.com, simply return it within 90 days and we will replace the product or refund the cost of the product, whichever you prefer. Bryden Road will also repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of purchase if any product from Bryden Road fails to meet your expectations.

Brydenroad.com is provided on an "as is," "as available" basis, and the Company specifically disclaims warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by the Company nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, Providers, Merchants, Sponsors, Licensors, or the like, shall create a warranty. Under no circumstances shall the Company or any other party involved in creating, producing, or distributing brydenroad.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that results from the use of or inability to use brydenroad.com, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from brydenroad.com or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the Company's records, programs, or services. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Site. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Descriptive or typographical errors, or website system errors, are subject to correction including errors in pricing.

The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the colors, styles, cloths, fabrics, materials and designs on our products are displayed accurately so that you can select the best product for you. However, the rendering of such colors, styles, cloths, fabrics, materials and designs rely on the resolution quality and settings of your computer monitor. Unlawful Solicitation

You may not use the Site to send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation to other users.

The Company reserves the right to prohibit or remove conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to users, the Company, the communities that make up the Site, or any rights of the Company or any third party, or to violate any applicable law. If notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content, The Company may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from the Site. Online Conduct Any conduct by you that in the Company's sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site will not be permitted. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Communications

The Company will not screen public communications in advance and is not responsible for your submissions or responses. Any product concept or ideas submitted by you to the Site will be considered public and nonproprietary. The Company will not be responsible for any claims to intellectual property if those concepts or ideas are used in promotions, marketing or product concepts. Applicable Laws

The Site is controlled by the Company from its offices within the United States of America. The Company makes no representation that Content on the website is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to the Content from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you access this site from locations outside of the United States of America, you agree that you are acting on your own and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
